I think the HEXACO-PI is more fleshed out, but overall, I think there's an important note to be given that personality indices are most effective in the context of academic study, and too often do I see people treating them like astrology. The best ones are boring and detailed and descriptive, and won't really tell you anything you don't know about yourself.
